Ingredients
5medium on-the-vine tomatoesseeded and finely diced
1medium white onionfinely diced
½cupminced fresh cilantro
2serrano peppersthinly sliced or minced
1clovegarlicminced
Juice of 2 small limes
¾teaspoonfine sea saltplus more to taste
Method
Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and toss to combine. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
