Digital Products
All digital products (including templates, guides, downloads, and toolkits) are non-refundable and final sale. Because these files are delivered instantly, we’re not able to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
If you ever run into an issue accessing your files or something isn’t working correctly, reach out — we’ll fix it fast.
Physical Products
We accept returns or exchanges on physical items if:
• The product arrives damaged or defective
• You need a different size (when sizes apply)
To start a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and any relevant photos. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Return shipping costs for size exchanges or preference-based returns are the customer’s responsibility. If something arrives damaged or there’s a production error, we’ll cover the cost of making it right.
